Financial Analyst 2- Grubb & Ellis Company is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst 2 with a minimum of 2-5 years previous financial analysis and accounting experience. Any experience that a candidate may have with computerized accounting system is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience is required. The job duties entail but not limited to: -Performing basic economic research work and preparing analyses of subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investment and financial and expense performance comparisons. – Preparing forecasts and analyzing trends in the finance and general business conditions and other areas. – Analyzing financial reports and records, making studies or recommendations relative to the accounting of reserves, assets, revenue and expenditures. - This position may require in assisting in the development of organization economic policies, conducts special economic studies and cooperation with other departments in the preparation of statistical studies. – Assisting in the adaptation and implementation of new developments and practices in the field of economic planning and control. – Obtaining revenue and assets acquisition information as needed, as well as reviewing, consolidating and summarizing it for reporting purposes. – Assisting with budget preparations. - Coordinating financial analysis matters with other departments, locations and divisions. – Assisting with the research and preparation of financial information for acquisitions and due diligence. COMMERCIAL APPRAISER - Petersen/LaChance Realty Advisors is seeking an experienced commercial appraiser for their real estate appraisal and consulting practice based in Danvers, MA.
